All NDT is in accordance with written procedures and calibrated equipment.

Inspection of in-service pressure equipment in accordance with AS/NZS 3788 and similar standards. Hazard Category verification in accordance with AS 4343, with documentation options available to suit your own internal requirements. Equipment such as pressure plant and piping, Air Receivers, gas cylinders and more. All inspections recorded within a database so we can notify you when subsequent inspections are required in accordance the frequencies outlined in AS/NZS 3788 Table 4.1

Integrity Inspection and Ultrasonic Thickness Inspection of bulk storage and process tanks, above or underground with calculations of remaining life and corrosion rates if required.  All confined space and working at height competencies held.

Inspections for storage tanks in accordance with AS 1940, AS 1692 and API 653 and similar standards as appropriate.

Conformance to drawings and nominated standards with respect to dimensions, measurement tolerances and quality requirements for pressure equipment and structural components. In accordance with standards such as AS 4100 and AS 4458 and related fabrication/welding standards and specifications.

Qualified Welding Supervisors to AS 2214 & AS 1796 Certificate 10, IIW-Certified Welding Inspectors.

Welding Procedure Qualification, Welder/Welding Operator Qualifications and General Welding Inspection - from initial consultation, to supervision and technical advice, welding of coupons, all WPQR and WPS documentation and mechanical testing. We assist every step of the way - we can even provide a coded welder to ensure the best chance of initial procedure acceptance, with practical and technical support to train your welders to be the best they can! 

Standards such as AS/NZS 1554 parts 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6, AS 3992, ASME IX, AS/NZS 2980, AS 2885, ISO 15614-1, AWS D1.1 & D1.6 and more
